Los albaricoques son una fruta deliciosa y llena de vitaminas y antioxidantes. Su punto id\u00f3neo de maduraci\u00f3n es cuando est\u00e1n blanditos y empiezan a caer del \u00e1rbol. \u00a1Es el momento de su cosecha!<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-1640\" src=\"https:\/\/nachoescartin.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/IMG_20240616_205726_642-1024x766.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"766\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os cuento c\u00f3mo hacemos la mermelada en casa. Usamos un aro de gas, dos ollas grandes (una para esterilizar los frascos), az\u00facar panela, zumo de lim\u00f3n y alberges. Lo primero que intentamos es estar unas cuantas personas para disfrutar de esta receta juntas.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-1643\" src=\"https:\/\/nachoescartin.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/IMG_20240616_205726_480-1024x766.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"766\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Hervimos los botes y tapes para esterilizarlos, en una olla con agua hirviendo durante unos 15 minutos. A partir de aqu\u00ed, hemos de ser cuidadosos con la limpieza y evitar tocar su interior, para no sufrir intoxicaciones. Los dejamos escurrir y secar.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-1641\" src=\"https:\/\/nachoescartin.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/IMG_20240616_205726_535-1024x766.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"766\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Lavamos con agua fr\u00eda los alberges y tan solo los cortamos en trozos peque\u00f1os, retirando sus huesos e impurezas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. En la otra olla, bien limpia, calentamos los alberges con az\u00facar panela y el zumo de lim\u00f3n. Esta mezcla, como siempre decimos, es para gustos. Depende del dulzor de tus frutas y de tu gusto laminero. Como indicativo, para 1 kg de alberges, puedes echar 500 gramos de az\u00facar y el zumo de un lim\u00f3n. Si prefieres una textura m\u00e1s compacta y menos l\u00edquida, tambi\u00e9n puedes usar alga agar-agar. Cocemos la mezcla en la cazuela durante unos 40 minutos a fuego medio, removiendo de vez en cuando y retirando la espuma que suele salir.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-1642\" src=\"https:\/\/nachoescartin.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/IMG_20240616_205726_420-1024x766.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"766\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. En caliente, rellenamos los tarros, con mucho cuidado de no quemarnos. Cada vez que llenamos un bote, lo cerramos bien con su correspondiente tapa y colocamos boca abajo. Cuando tenemos todos los tarros llenos y boca abajo, los tapamos con una toalla, para que se enfr\u00eden poco a poco. Con esto se cerrar\u00e1n herm\u00e9ticamente, porque har\u00e1 el vac\u00edo porque la mezcla est\u00e1 muy caliente (si no, tendr\u00edas que ponerlos al ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda). A las 24 horas ya los puedes guardar de pie en el lugar m\u00e1s oscuro y fresco que tengas en casa.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-1644\" src=\"https:\/\/nachoescartin.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/IMG_20240616_205726_977-1024x766.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"766\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a1Con esta conserva tendr\u00e1s mermelada de alberges durante todo el a\u00f1o!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si tienes una buena cosecha de alberges, adem\u00e1s de disfrutarlos frescos, reci\u00e9n ca\u00eddos o cogidos del \u00e1rbol, puedes hacer tambi\u00e9n helados, sorbetes, bizcochos, alm\u00edbar, deshidratarlos, etc.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Es temporada de alberges en estas latitudes.
